Anatomy for Kids

Here are a of couple good anatomy websites available for kids.

At this website from the BBC, you will find interactive computer activities that teach about the organs, muscles, skeleton, senses, nervous system, and puberty. Students use drag-and-drop to place various parts of the body and learn about the function of each.

Click on the green “Choose and Activity” tab on the top right portion of the page to participate in a virtual hip replacement, knee replacement, brain surgery to help a patient cope with a movement disorder, aortic aneurysm surgery, create a stem cell line, etc.. Viewers also have the opportunity to diagnose different patients.
